Select your card type – Prepaid Card (Green) or PayCard (Orange) – and login using the email address attached to the card account & your password.
If you have forgotten your password, click on the Forgot Your Password link at the login screen, answer the personal security questions that you created when you first activated your card, and follow the instructions. More information about card login can be found below.

Once you are logged in, if you have been issued more than one card for this account, you can select the relevant card number via the My Cards dropdown arrow. The card description will appear in the grey panel.
If you need to reset your PIN, select the relevant card number first, click on Settings in the grey panel, click on Set your card PIN, and follow the instructions. You can do this at any time.
Please note that BFS does not have access to see your Password, personal security questions or your PIN. After following the instructions above, if you still cannot login to your account, please contact our Client Services Team for support.
